You can sign up now for CDF Firefighter Email Alerts

 

 When fast-breaking  events dictate that immediate notification of members is necessary an Email  Alert will be sent to all members who have indicated that want to receive these alerts. The news will also be posted to the News section of the website.

If you want to receive email alerts go to the Members Only page then select the Edit Your Profile  item from the left-side menu shown here . You will need your user name and password to get to the Members-Only section. 

If you don't know your user name and password then send an email to the webmaster by clicking here. please leave your full name and the unit in which you work in the email message. It may take a day or so to get the return email but you will then be able to use other members-only pages on the site.

Or, you can select if from the home page menu by expanding the Members Only section as shown here:

Once you are at the page to edit your profile check the item towards the bottom  As shown below to indicate that you want to receive email alerts.

 

 

 

 

 Also be sure that the correct email address is entered under Email Address. If you never put yours in here before it will probably be blank. Click the Save button at the bottom to save the changes. Wait a minute for the page to refresh. Check your email to see if you get a confirmation email . This is also how you can change your password, address, chapter, etc. This is also the email address the website will use to send you your password should you forget it. Tell your CDF Firefighter friends.
